Welcome to Open Doors
Online English Tutoring
Hello, I’m Emily, an English Teacher who has been tutoring since 2022 and who gained a PGCE in Secondary English from the University of Cambridge in 2024. I decided to found my own business to open a plethora of possibilities for my students. I understand that each student’s learning, interests and life goals are unique and that this individuality is not always recognised in large school classes or impersonal tutoring.
That’s why at Open Doors Online English Tutoring, I provide young people with transformative education so that that their doors in life remain open, not closed. For some English teachers, teaching starts and ends with English. But at Open Doors Online English Tutoring, it’s just the start: the end is where my students want life to take them.
